I´m Anne-Laure Naudin, a naturopath in Barcelona specializing in digestive disorders, microbiota and food sensitivities. Over 15 years ago, I discovered the transformative power of natural medicine in addressing chronic health issues, and since then, I’ve turned this passion into my profession.

During the first session, I take an in-depth look at your situation, conduct a food intolerance test covering around 200 foods and design a personalized plan to guide you toward lasting balance.
